What exactly do you do?

We get independent watch brands into new retail partnerships. 3 to 5 signed retailers in 90 days. That's the service. Market intelligence, Meta ads analysis, competitive benchmarks are the infrastructure that makes the retailer work possible.

How is this different from a sales rep or agency?

Sales reps work their personal network. Agencies pitch you based on whoever answers their calls. We pitch you based on data. Before we introduce a retailer to your brand, we check their portfolio fit, customer base, and growth trajectory against 743 other brands we track.

What do the first 30 days look like?

Research and preparation. We identify 20 to 25 retailer fits from our database. We build your Brand Kit with you: pitch deck, commercial terms, minimum orders, shop fitting standards. Day 31 starts outreach. First meetings by day 45. Expected first signed contract around day 90.

How long until the first signed retailer?

Typical timeline: 30 days research and positioning. 30 days outreach and meetings. 30 days negotiation and signing. First contract signed in month 3 is standard. Some in month 2. Rarely in month 1.

What if my brand is too small?

If you are below €500k per year revenue we probably say no. Not because your brand is bad, but because retailer partnerships at our service level require production capacity you may not have yet. If that's you, we'll tell you what to build first.

What's the actual price?

€500 per month research fee plus €1,500 per signed retailer. Minimum commitment 4 months. The research fee covers positioning, pitch-deck building, and outreach. The per-signed fee activates only when a deal is closed.

What if you don't deliver?

Our guarantee is 3 or more signed retailers in 120 days, or we keep working without additional monthly fees until we hit that number. We don't refund. We don't walk away. We finish.
