Terms of Service

1. Scope. These terms apply to all intelligence, consulting and implementation services provided through this website. Services are offered to businesses (B2B) only.

2. Engagement. Every engagement is confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins, including scope, deliverables, price and timeline. The written confirmation prevails over the indicative prices on this website.

3. Payment. Prices are in USD unless agreed otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or payment link. Accepted methods: credit card and bank transfer.

4. Deliverables and IP. Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the deliverables created for them. Underlying data, tooling and methodology remain the property of the operator.

5. Liability. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned. No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Market intelligence is provided with care but without guarantee of commercial outcomes.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Place of jurisdiction is Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Refund Policy

Cancellation before work begins: full refund of any amounts paid.

Cancellation after work has begun: fees for work already performed are due; any prepaid amounts exceeding the work performed are refunded pro rata.

Completed and delivered services (reports, consulting sessions, implementations) are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed written scope, we will remedy it first; if remedy fails, the affected part is refunded.
